Model Passover Seder

April 2, 2017   4:30 PM

Please join us as we celebrate together.  Members, friends and guests are welcome.  Our model seder is the most wonderful of the many events we share as a community.  We all help, we all learn.  Our recreation hall is always full.  Together we relive the event that forged the Jewish people into a nation, and by doing so we grow together.  Every family brings a dish to share.  Each family brings their own beverage, including wine if you desire.  Since the model seder does not take place during Passover, kosher wine is optional.  We keep kosher style at TBE, so no lobster tails.  For the model seder, of course, we avoid all bread, pasta, grain products and dairy as meat will be served.

She-be-chol ha-lelot anu ochlin bayn yoshvin u-vayn mseubin, ha-laila ha-zeh kelanu mesubin?
Why is it that on all other nights we eat either sitting or reclining, but on this night we eat in a reclining position?
